Speaker Bio

Scott is a litigation consultant within UnitedLex’s Global Litigation Services group where he works with both corporate and law firm clients to scope, design, implement, and manage discovery workflows. Scott has worked with UnitedLex for over seven years and in his current role he advises on early e-discovery litigation strategies, innovative managed review workflows, and post-review services including deposition and trial preparation. Scott oversees UnitedLex’s e-Discovery Program Management Office which involves performing assessments of client e-discovery portfolios and implementing strategic action plans in both the U.S. and EU. These include: developing and maintaining unique reporting methodologies to serve individual client needs; implementing standard e-discovery workflows through process playbooks to ensure quality and uniformity across multiple simultaneous projects; and internal program management training, and cross-program knowledge sharing.

Scott is an attorney licensed in Ohio and earned his J.D. through Chase College of Law.
