Michallynn Demiter is a Staff Analyst at Bayer, a global life sciences company of more than 100,000 employees. With over seven years of eDiscovery experience, she drives the adoption of analytics and assisted review tools for eDiscovery and compliance matters. Michallynn also focuses on non-custodial data identification, preservation and collection in addition to data processing, searching, and review workflows. Michallynn is a founding and current steering committee member for the Pittsburgh Relativity User Group. She also volunteers on International Legal Technology Association (ILTA)’s Lit Support Content Coordinating Team. She is a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Certified Relativity Assisted Review Specialist, and a Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS).
