Speaker Bio

Philip Favro is a consultant for Driven, Inc. where he acts as a trusted advisor to organizations and their counsel on issues relating to the discovery process and information governance. He is a nationally recognized thought leader and legal scholar on discovery issues. Phil actively contributes to Working Group One of The Sedona Conference where he leads drafting teams and serves as the Steering Committee project manager. He also serves as the director of legal education for the Coalition of Technology Resources for Lawyers (CTRL).
