Speaker Bio

Carissa Guillen is an instructional design specialist on Relativity’s HR talent development team. She develops internal training content to address knowledge and skill gaps among Relativity’s employees. Carissa got her start in instructional design while living in Santiago, Chile, developing content for online and instructor-led English courses. After moving to Chicago in 2015, she worked as an instructional designer on the Operations Training & Development team at CareerBuilder for two and a half years before making the move over to Relativity. During this time, she also completed a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design at the George Washington University.
